Closed July 4th

Hey Friends!
Happy 4th of July! Hopefully this weekend will be relaxing and enjoyable for all of you. Parc will be closed on Saturday July 4th, but please stop by the following day, Sunday July 5th from 12-4pm to make up for any missed shopping! We recently started carrying a new line by Trinity; its an eco-friendly brand made out of organic materials and is very affordable. We received more of our ruffle racers, a very popular item at Parc, so come get yours while they are still in stock!

Have an enjoyable holiday weekend; we hope you’ll be able to enjoy a BBQ and some fireworks this Saturday!

Picnic at Parc & Stone Arch Festival This Saturday

This weekend the Stone Arch Bridge festival is happening here in NE Minneapolis. The festival will have 250 booths displaying photography, ceramics, jewelry, paintings etc. of local artists. In addition to the art, there will be live music performances throughout the day on four different stages, a booth for kids to be creative, and a wine and beer garden.

Festival Facts

Date: Father’s Day Weekend, June 20 & 21, 2009
Hours: 10 am – 6 pm
Location: Historic Main Street, Water Power Park and Father Hennepin Park
Admission: Free!
Parking: Ample parking available in parking ramp and neighboring streets

Make sure to stop by this fantastic festival before/after coming to our event this Saturday, June 20th from 10am-6pm. We will be having an assortment of refreshments, 25% discount and a free eco-friendly Parc tote bag with every purchase (while supplies last). Special guest Alice Sydow the lead stylist of Style Connections will attending our event from 3-6pm to give free style advice to our shoppers!

A Picnic at Parc

Picnic at Parc June 20, 2009

We are celebrating our one year anniversary with a picnic and you are invited! This is not your average family picnic at a park. This fun filled event includes 25% off every purchase and it includes a free eco friendly tote bag with every purchase (while supplies last). What’s a picnic without great drinks and food? We will have an assortment of beer, hard lemonade, iced tea, veggies & fruit platter, and sweet pastries that will make you crave more than just one bite.

Need some help with figuring out what styles work for you? Even A-list celebs need a stylist and you can have one too without the heavy price tag! Lead stylist Alice Sydow of Style Connections will be providing free wardrobe styling advice from 3pm-6pm. She can help you put together key pieces that work together in a variety of ways, making it simple to enhance any wardrobe within your budget.

And the best part of this event…you are shopping for a good cause! Part of the days proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation of MN.

Welcome to Parc Boutique’s Blog!

thao-pix Welcome to our new website and blog! Can you believe Parc has been open for over a year now? Time sure flies when you’re having fun and working hard. I wanted to personally thank all of you who have been supporting us and local businesses during this time. Our team has continued to provide stellar customer service and have kept our promise on quality clothing at affordable prices. I’ve learned so much about the neighborhood, my clients, and have taken in all your suggestions and comments when I’m out on market trips.

I am very excited to start blogging about what’s happening at the store such as new arrivals, private events, and SALE alerts. The Parc team will also be contributing to the blog about fashion trends, Northeast neighborhood events, and more, so be sure to check the blog on a daily basis.

In addition to the blog, we have added other changes to our website, including an email sign up, an events page, and links to our facebook & twitter sites (don’t forget to become a fan and follow us).

We encourage you to be interactive on this blog, and we welcome your feedback and suggestions. We have a lot of events lined up so stay tuned for updates, and we look forward to having another great year here at Parc.
