Stuffed Pork Chops with Roasted Hericot Verts

Stuffed Pork Chops with Roasted Hericot Verts with wardrobe provided by Parc Boutique!

I have an old meat thermometer that has the “done” temperature for pork marked at 185 degrees. No wonder my “shoe leather” chops were rather unpopular! This stuffed pork chop recipe makes a succulent and perfectly done chop. They are easy to stuff a day ahead and take only 20 minutes to cook. I really like the cornbread in the stuffing not only for it’s flavor, but because it retains some of it’s coarse texture which is very nice with the meat.

I paired this with very fast, simple, and nutty roasted hericot verts with walnuts. Stuffing the chops a day ahead (basically separating the prep from the cooking) makes this a very quick and easy meal.

They will be featured during the following times slots:

Twin Cities Statement put together a guide for boutique lovers highlighting the 5 best shopping destinations in the Twin Cities. In the article “Tour de Shop,” written by Christina Holm-Sandok, Lori Storm and Alexandra Perron, Northeast Minneapolis was recognized as one of the best places to shop, and Parc Boutique was recognized as having the Best Casual Basics!

Welcome to our new website and blog! Can you believe Parc has been open for over a year now? Time sure flies when you’re having fun and working hard. I wanted to personally thank all of you who have been supporting us and local businesses during this time. Our team has continued to provide stellar customer service and have kept our promise on quality clothing at affordable prices. I’ve learned so much about the neighborhood, my clients, and have taken in all your suggestions and comments when I’m out on market trips.

I am very excited to start blogging about what’s happening at the store such as new arrivals, private events, and SALE alerts. The Parc team will also be contributing to the blog about fashion trends, Northeast neighborhood events, and more, so be sure to check the blog on a daily basis.

In addition to the blog, we have added other changes to our website, including an email sign up, an events page, and links to our facebook & twitter sites (don’t forget to become a fan and follow us).
