Laura Bonicelli, from Solo by Bonicelli, provided the appetizers for our MNfashion Week event a few a weeks ago, and now you can learn how to  make them yourself! She made mouth-watering ahi tuna bites, polenta mushroom spoons, and my favorite, bruschetta. Laura wears clothes from Parc Boutique in the video, so you’ll get a peak of what’s in the store, too!
